II. Use and characteristics
1. This series of equipment is mainly suitable for the mixing of large and medium-sized casting resin self-hardening sand and water glass sand.
2. The machine is a mobile adjustable lifting type sand mixer, which is easy to operate and has complete functions. It can be adjusted and selected according to different resin sand process characteristics.
3. The machine is mainly composed of sand mixer, walking mechanism, sand bucket, electric control system, air control system and dust removal system.
4. It has the features of complete functions, compact structure, uniform sand mixing, stable operation and convenient operation.
5. The electric appliance adopts PLC control, which can form a large and medium-sized mechanized modeling line with the corresponding auxiliary machine.
6. The boom of the sand mixer is motorized and the arm is manual.
7. Preset a variety of liquid material addition functions to meet the needs of different proportions of surface sand, back sand, new sand and reclaimed sand.
8. It adopts the split type sand mixing tank with stainless steel inner lining for easy cleaning and maintenance. The mixed sand blade is inlaid with hard alloy cutting head and has long service life.
9. The machine head is equipped with a head and tail sand control device and a deodorizing and dust removal device.
10. Use hydraulic or electric push rod to lift and lower, the lifting range can be set according to user needs.
