Product Description
Hook pass through type shot blasting machine, its another name is tunnel overhead conveyor type shot blasting machine.
Tunnel type shot blast machines are specifically designed for treating components continuously conveyed through a blast chamber suspended on an overhead conveyor. Tunnel type Shot blast machines suitable for the treatment of products of middle/large sizes handled horizontally or of products

We offer standard and custom made shot blasting machines.
The handling of the work-pieces can be done by couple of hoists, overhead conveyor or driven trolleys at ground level.
The blast operation is done in one pass on the whole component surface throughout the crossing of the tunnel.
The blasting process takes places as the work to be treated passes through the chamber with blast wheels located on both sides of the cabinet, inclined to give full coverage of the work.
Downstream the blasting tunnel, it is possible to install manual blasting machine for re-touching or blowing /suction cabinet to remove possible residue shot on the work-pieces.
Our tunnel machines may be fitted into automatic lines with painting rooms, using a power and free overhead conveyor system
