The ATHI Automatic Painting & Drying Line is an integrated surface treatment system designed for steel plates, H-beams, and heavy structural components. It is typically connected after a Shot Blasting Machine to form a complete Steel Preservation Line.

Process Flow:

Loading—— (Shot Blasting) ——Paint Spraying —— Leveling (Flash-off) ——Baking/Drying ——Cooling —— Unloading.

Knock-Down (KD) Packaging: Recommended for oversized machinery to optimize shipping space and cost. The equipment is carefully disassembled into major modules.
