The ATHI The Q4815 overhead monorail shot blasting machine is a continuous through-feed high-efficiency surface cleaning equipment. Workpieces are continuously conveyed into the blasting chamber via an overhead monorail system, where high-speed rotating impellers uniformly project abrasives onto the workpiece surface to remove scale, rust, weld slag, and foundry sand, while enhancing surface compressive stress and fatigue life. This model features compact structure and high automation, suitable for batch cleaning of small to medium-sized workpieces such as automotive parts, castings, forgings, and steel structures. An optional high-efficiency dust collection system can meet environmental emission standards.
