AT95 series shell core machine on the number of working parameters compared with the
standard model has increased, including increasing the template size and shoot sand barrel volume, corresponding to the bold guide bar diameter, increasing the clamping cylinder clamping force and so on, the whole structure weight and applicable range are higher than standard products. At the same time adopt a large area of sand bottom, easy to use with increasing size differences of different mould.
Product design fully consider the upgrade space, can according to customer's need to increase the automatic blowing sand, portable shoot sand body, improve core machine, automatic picking, and other functions.
Performance and Characteristics:
1. Suitable for vertical parting mold, which can produce shell core or solid core by heating phenolic resin coated sand, which has high efficiency, less sand and less gas.
2. PLC program control, LCD parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis;
3. Manual/automatic/point control, automatic digital display temperature control;
4. Two kinds of control procedures, production shell core or solid core respectively, that is, the template overturn180 °±  30 °, emptying residualsand to produce to shell core , not turning to produce solid core;
5. High frequency quenching hard chromium guide rail with long service life; Rotary oil cylinder hydraulic cushion, flip smooth without vibration, rotary slip ring connection without winding;
6. Different ways of how to take out sand cores, opening moulding plate and ative plate foretakes 90° and picked up by trolley, or upturning 90° to open moulding plate and take out sand cores.
7. The model has single opening mould and double opening mould , and the AT95 double-opening moulds can simultaneously complete two sets of molds production with Function of side drawing of mould;
8. Driving mode: pneumatic, hydraulic and gas-liquid joint drive;
9. The moulds and sand plate quick replacement device, sand feeding device and fixed board adjustment these functions available for users to choose.
