The ATHI The The QGW28 Steel Pipe Outer Wall Shot Blasting Machine is specially designed for descaling, rust removal, oxide skin cleaning, and surface strengthening of steel pipe outer walls. It adopts high-efficiency shot blasting technology: steel shots are evenly thrown onto the pipe outer surface by a high-speed rotating impeller, powerfully removing contaminants to achieve a cleanliness grade of Sa2.5 or higher, while increasing surface roughness for better coating adhesion. The machine features a compact structure and high automation, suitable for batch pretreatment of steel pipe outer walls in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water conservancy, and steel structures.
