ATHI Q26 Series Environmental Sand Blasting Room

The ATHI Q26 Series Sand Blasting Room is a specialized large-scale surface preparation system designed for cleaning complex, irregularly shaped, or oversized workpieces such as steel structures, containers, transformer shells, and engineering machinery parts.

Unlike standard blasting machines, this system offers a fully enclosed environment that recovers abrasive automatically, ensuring a dust-free operation. ATHI provides fully customized solutions with three types of abrasive recovery systems to meet different foundation and budget requirements.

Portable Sandblasting Machine

Portable sandblasting machine (shot blasting machine) is a surface treatment equipment that uses compressed air to accelerate abrasive materials (such as steel grit, quartz sand, brown corundum, etc.) onto the workpiece surface. It is designed for rust removal, descaling, weld slag cleaning, burr removal, and surface strengthening. This model features compact size, light weight, and flexible operation, ideal for outdoor work, pipe inner walls, ships, bridges, tanks, and other confined spaces or on-site maintenance. Equipped with wear-resistant nozzles and a sealed feeding system, it ensures low dust emission and high efficiency.
