1. Brief Introduction

Lost foam casting, also named as evaporative pattern casting(EPC), is known as the green casting technology in twenty first due to its high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface and low pollution these advantages. Lost foam casting technology (EPC or LFC) is to use foam plastic to make a solid shape that is exactly the same as the part structure and size.
