L12 series fixed vibrating sand shakeout machine

for clay/green sand reclamation

I. Scope and overview
 This series of sand shakeout machine is mainly used for small and medium-sized casting sand falling after manual casting, mechanization and semi-automatic molding in the foundry. The sand box is separated from the molding sand, the casting is separated from the molding sand, and the separated sand mass is further broken and dropped to the returning belt through the grid.   Depending on the weight and size of the workpiece, two or four units can be connected in parallel.
This sand shakeout machine integrates the functions of sand and sand pre-crushing, and is excited by two vibration motors installed on the upper body. The solid plate is made of porous and the sand plate that passes through the aperture is transported from the lower part to the outer part. The material port and the cushion cushion can cushion the force generated by the vibration.
 This sand shakeout machine is a novel vibration falling machine. It is mainly composed of the body, orifice plate, machine base, vibration isolation spring, etc. All of them adopt welded structure and are annealed as a whole.

III. Main feature
A. The vibration motor is installed on both sides of the falling sand machine as the excitation source, and the position of the excitation center of gravity and the particle point of the body is reasonable.
B. Select high-reliability brand-name vibration motor--Henan Xinxiang Xinlan Becker Motor.
C. The falling sand machine grid is welded by round steel and steel plate, the structure is firm, and the casting will not be stuck.
D. The machine runs smoothly, with reliable performance, low maintenance, wear resistance, long service life and small basic dynamic load.
E. The spring material is 60Si2MnA steel, which is formed by hot rolling and then quenched and tempered. It is manufactured by Jinan Spring Factory and has a normal service life of more than three years.
F. The resonant spring adopts a retro-spring structure, which effectively overcomes the shortcoming of the differential spring guide rod being easy to break.
G. Using the far-resonant structure, the equipment runs stably, the energy consumption is low, and the basic dynamic load is transmitted.
