Fixed Type Inertial Vibrating Sand Shakout Machine for Foundry Sand Plant

1. Product introduction

This series of sand falling machine is suitable for manual, mechanized, and semi-automatic molding of small and medium-sized castings. The sand, sand box and casting are separated. The separated sand mass is further broken and falls on the vibration conveyor or the belt conveyor through the grating holes.

2. Product Characteristics

This product adopts welding structure, overall annealing, reliable performance, convenient installation, small maintenance, good sand falling effect, stable parking and low noise.

1. Adopting advanced and reliable dual-vibration motor self-synchronization and high reliability vibration-resistant welding structure and process;
2. The frame is made of a steel plate with excellent dynamic load resistance and embrittlement resistance, and is annealed to have excellent vibration resistance;
3. The groove and tenon structure is used to embed the vibration motor on the side of the frame body, which has excellent dynamic load bearing capacity, and is convenient for disassembly and maintenance;
