Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine 

The ATHI Q32 Series is a compact, batch-type shot blasting machine designed for the surface cleaning, rust removal, and strengthening of small to medium-sized workpieces. It uses a high-speed blasting turbine combined with a tumbling belt to ensure 360° coverage without dead angles.

How It Works

Workpieces are loaded into the blasting chamber. As the rubber or steel crawler moves, it gently tumbles the parts. The high-speed abrasive stream cleans the surfaces evenly. Finally, the crawler reverses to automatically unload the cleaned parts.
