2. Application
Our blast pots are mainly designed and integrated with the wide range of nozzles, wet blast attachments, internal pipe cleaning devices, dust free blasting heads, abrasive control device.
Sand blasting machine recognizes the needs of the industry and our machines offer all the features that the professional use requires. All machines can be fitted with a well designed and proven single piece remote control dead man switch and silencer which significantly reduce labour cost, improve efficiency of abrasive, performance and safety.
The machines are constructed for a maximum 150 PSI working pressure. The pneumatic abrasive remote control valve can achieve operators to stop or start .
3. Main Features
1.High quality surface appearance• Easy process: The process of Sand blasting is quite easy. You do require to a hire a professional since you don't know the precautions to be taken.
• Less machinery: This process just requires a compressor, a blasting pot and a nozzle. You can select the desired mixture as per the instruments used for cleaning.
• Wide applications: There are lots of applications of sand blasting in every area. Whatever be the type of industry you own, you require the help of this process to get rid of the unwanted deposits.
• Perfect cleaning: This process can be used for every material for the purpose of cleaning. Sand blasting can even be used for delicate materials, but you have to have proper knowledge of the type of materials to be used in the blast pot.
Is Sandblasting Accurate for Paint Removal?
Apart from cleaning, sandblasting can be used for paint removal. If you do want to repaint your structure, then you have to get rid of the old paint and it can be done through the process of sandblasting.
4.Commercial terms
1. This is FOB price, it don't include freight and air compressor price, customer need to prepare it based on air consumption of each model.
2. Delivery time: within 20 days after receiving the payment.
3. Payment terms: A. If the quantity above 2sets, payment term is 35% deposit,supplier starts to produce; 65% balance payment before delivery. B. If the quantity is 1set, payment term is 100% in advance by TT.
4. Packaging: Plywood box
5. Warranty: one year from delivery time.
