This machine is suitable for cleaning small castings, forged and stamped work pieces and products which collide easily. It also used for reinforcing the surface of work piece. 

(Note: it cannot used to clean work pieces having such features as high temperature, burrs and sharp corners.)

Main performance characteristics:

The machine uses a high-speed rotating impeller to throw the abrasive to the continuously turned workpiece in the chamber to achieve the purpose of cleaning. It is suitable for small castings, forgings, stamping parts in various industries for shot peening, removal of oxide and surface strengthening, especially for the cleaning and strengthening of parts that are not afraid of collision.

    This type of shot blasting machine is a replacement of the shot blasting drum, which is a cleaning equipment with good cleaning effect, compact structure, low noise and good complete set. It has the following characteristics:

·The wear-resistant rubber belt reduces the collision and damage to the workpiece and reduces the noise of the machine.

·The machine adopts Q034 type direct-connected centrifugal blast wheel, which has the characteristics of long service life, simple structure and low failure rate.

·The use of air separator has good separation effect and high productivity, and reduces the wear of wear-resistant parts (such as blast wheel blade).

·Dust collector, dust emission concentration is lower than the standard stipulated by the state, improve the working environment of workers;

·After the workpiece is cleaned, the track can be reversed to realize automatic discharge.
