The ATHI Q69 Series is a heavy-duty, continuous pass-through shot blasting machine designed for the surface treatment of steel plates, H-beams, and complex welded structures. Equipped with high-power turbines (up to 30kW) and an intelligent conveying system, it effectively removes mill scale, rust, and welding slag. The system ensures a metallic luster surface finish of Sa2.5 to Sa3.0, significantly improving coating adhesion and fatigue strength. It is widely used in shipbuilding, steel structure, bridge construction, and machinery industries.
