ATHI Mobile Shot Blasting Machine

This equipment is a dry-type horizontal surface treatment machine manufactured by Qingdao Antai Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., specifically designed for shot blasting on horizontal floors. It features mobile and hoisting capabilities, with a compact structure integrating a control box, separation system, blasting system, drive system, and sealing devices. It is suitable for on-site operations in factories, shipyards, bridges, and similar environments.

How It Works: The machine uses a blasting wheel to accelerate steel shots (abrasive media) mechanically and project them at very high speed onto the surface to be treated. After impact, the shots, along with dust and impurities, rebound into the high-pressure rebound chamber and enter the airflow separation system. In this system, dust and impurities are separated and discharged, while clean shots and a small amount of fine dust are returned to the shot storage tank and recycled into the blasting chamber for reuse. This entire process forms a closed-loop circulation and must be operated simultaneously with a dust collector to ensure effective dust separation from the shots.

Equipment Composition and Configuration
I. Main Structural Components
Control Box – Centralized control of the entire machine, including master switch, motor start/stop buttons, ammeters, walking operation handle, and speed adjustment knob, with an emergency stop switch.
Separation System – Installed at the end of the rebound chamber to separate shots from dust. Clean shots return to the storage chamber for continuous recycling. The system includes a pull-out mesh screen to block large impurities.
Blasting System – The core working unit, consisting of the blasting wheel, orientation sleeve, distribution wheel, and multiple replaceable protective liners (left, right, top, center, etc.), responsible for accelerating and projecting shots onto the treatment surface.
Walking Drive System – Powered by a 1.5 kW motor with chain transmission, equipped with drive wheels, drive pins, and chain plates, enabling forward and backward movement with adjustable speed.
Sealing Device – Includes front magnetic strips, side magnetic strips, sealing strips, and a rear sealing plate to enclose the blasting area and prevent shot spillage. The magnetic strip height above the ground must be adjusted to 8–10 mm.
Dust Collector Connection Port – The machine must be used simultaneously with a dust collector to ensure effective dust separation from the shots.

III. Adjustable/Replaceable Components
Orientation Sleeve – Rotatable for adjusting the shot projection direction. Must be set according to shot specifications and desired effect (reference opening position at approximately 11:30 o'clock).
Blasting Wheel and Liners – All are wear parts, removable and replaceable for easy maintenance.
Mesh Screen – Can be pulled out from the side for cleaning or replacement.
