This machine is suitable for cleaning adherents such as sand and oxide scale from the surfaces of flat, thin-walled, or collision-sensitive parts in casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops. It can also be used for surface strengthening treatment of parts.

The rotating table shot-blasting machines are the most simple, versatile and economic solution to the surface treatment needs.
The parts are loaded on the rotating table: Their lateral and top surfaces are subject to the shots thrown by the turbines.
The table diameter can vary from 500 to 2500mm, with a load capacity up to 1500 Kg.
The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
Cleaning of dies, and forgings, castings, welded and braised parts.

Key Configurations

1. Cabinet Body
   The cabinet body is a welded structure, consisting of the cabinet shell, top cover, and internal protection. The bottom surface of the shell is equipped with a shot media collection pan welded to the four sides of the shell and connected to the turntable mechanism frame. The cabinet walls and top cover are bolted together. The interior is protected with rolled Mn13 liner plates, and the top cover houses the fixed shot blasting unit.

2. Turntable Mechanism
   The turntable is installed inside the cabinet shell and is driven by a coupling. It consists of a mesh disc welded from flat steel bars, with a perforated Mn13 liner plate laid on the surface. This design can withstand the wear from shot blasting while preventing large debris from falling into the base plate. Additionally, a scraper plate is installed at the bottom of the mesh disc to collect shot media that falls onto the base plate, which is then channeled into the elevator via a chute.

3. Shot Blasting Unit  
   The shot blasting unit comprises key components such as the impeller, blades, distributor wheel, and directional sleeve. Its working principle involves the high-speed rotation of the impeller, which causes the shot media flowing into the unit through the feed pipe to be carried by the distributor wheel rotating synchronously at high speed. The shot media is then ejected through the window of the directional sleeve and accelerated by the blades before being projected onto the workpiece to achieve the cleaning purpose.
