Table trolley Bogie type shot blasting machine is designed for shot blasting of large and heavy castings, This machine mainly apply in machine tool ,metallurgy industry ,rolling stock ,construction machinery ,mining machinery and other large and middle workpiece. complicated shapes in small series or single production, such as gears, engine discs, shafts, dies and turbines. Mainly used in the surface cleaning and strengthening the steel pieces and casting pieces.More suitable for removing the dust and oxide on the steel surface.Widely used in the field of casting, swaging, machinery and steel industry. Working pieces are loaded to a rotating table on tip truck with lifting device (crane, lift truck).

By means of handy lifts the work pieces are loaded on the perforated rotating working table of the trolley, which then drives to the shotblasting chamber. It is recommended that the table surface is covered with the work pieces as much as possible. It normally works with the automatic switching-on, the shotblasting time is set by means of a programme. During shot blasting the work pieces move on the rotating table through the jets of abrasive of throwing wheels, which are installed under different angles, enabling higher efficiency. Then the work pieces must be turned and repeat the shot-blasting process.

Housing of bogie blast machine is made from steel sheets and profiles in three welded segments, which all together form chamber.

The inside of the shotblasting chamber is additionally protected with wear-resistant shield from manganese steel. High efficiency of the bogie shot blasting machine is enabled by the system for continued returning and cleaning of shot blasting agent, along with efficient shot blasting turbines made from wear resistant materials. Standard equipment includes: PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of turbine, working hours counter, variable frequency drive of the cylinder drive, etc.
