This series of crushers are used in the processing equipment before the old sand regeneration, integrating sand crushing, regeneration demoulding, screening and dust removal. The vibration motor is used as the excitation source, so that the sand blocks collide and rub against each other on the inner wall of the crushing basket to achieve the purpose of crushing and screening. The machine generates exciting force through two external synchronous vibration motors, so that the sand block and the solid wear-resistant grid plate and the sand block rub against each other, and the sand block is broken into sand grains of less than 2 mm, and is passed through a screening device. The debris in the sand is removed by screening.
