The machine generates exciting force through two external synchronous vibration motors, so that the sand block and the solid wear-resistant grid plate and the sand block rub against each other, and the sand block is broken into sand grains of less than 2 mm, and is passed through a screening device. The debris in the sand is removed by screening.
