PRODUCT FEATURE
1.Compact design, simple operation principle, can be used in single machine and specially suitable for automatic production line.
2.Automatic loading and unloading configuration
3.Steel or rubber tumble belt configuration. Wearing rubber belt: reduce collision and damage of work pieces, lower noise of machines. Steel rubber belt: large loading capacity and long service life.
4.Running of tumble belt makes work pieces gently and continuously overturn for all-round blasting. The tumble belt can realize positive and negative motion, work pieces cleaning in positive motion, automatic unloading in negative motion
5.Equipped with belt conveyor or vibrating conveyor, work pieces conveying system after unloading to improve automation, combine finished work pieces in automatic production line together.
6.Wear resistant protective plates within blasting chamber, pressed tightly by nuts, easy to change.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:
1.Mainly suitable for blasting, rust removal, oxide skin removal and surface strengthening of many varieties, large and medium-sized batch production of medium and small-sized castings, forgings, stamping parts and heat-treated pieces, specially for surface cleaning and strengthening of parts no collisions.
