2. Applications and Features
This machine uses high-speed revolving impeller to throw abrasive onto the continuously tumbling work pieces in barrel, to attain the cleaning purpose. It is suitable for de-sanding, de-rusting, de-scaling and surface hardening of the small work pieces, such as small castings, forgings, impact extruded-parts, gears, springs, etc., in various industries. The workpiece to be cleaned must be a forging and heat-treating part with a single weight of less than 5 kg without collision.
Note:
This machine cannot clean the work pieces with high temperature or burrs; otherwise, the apron belt will be damaged.
This machine is a newly designed product that integrates domestic and foreign techniques, so it is a kind of equipment with good cleaning effect, compact structure and low noise emission, it can be easily integrated into existing production line.

4, The machine adopts wear-resistant rubber apron belt, to decrease collision and damage to work pieces and reduce noise.
5, After cleaning, the parts can be unloaded automatically, so reduces the labor intensity.
