AT95 series Full Automatic Shell Core Shooter is a new kind of shell core making equipment developed by our company reference to domestic and foreign advanced technical standards, hot box processing, vertical parting, the whole mold framework is installed on base by mould supporting plates. The mobile template can move around through guide columns to finish core making process.
The sand cores are followed on the mobile plate because of jacking force of the fixed template, which can be easily taken out.The turnover device can automatically reverse 180°through cylinder push-pull rack driving gears on the mould supporting plates, pours out redundant unsolidified shell core, good breathability, low sand consumption, light sand weight, save core making costs(shell core can save 40% coated sand). Therefore, the shell core shooter is more and more widely used in foundry casting industry.
Performance Characteristics:
1. PLC+human-computer interface control, high automation, good reliability, wide technical parameters adjustment range, simple and convenient operation.
2. The movable plates are guided by two columns, three columns, or four Columns. The movable plates return trips with sand core stripping device.
3. The mould base reverses 180°and vibrates shell core.
4. Sand shooting head moves up and back, automatic sand feeding, no water cooling.
5. Digital display temperature controller automatically controls temperature, 0-400 ºC temperature control range, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to technological requirements.

Z95 series full automatic shell core shooter consists of main frame, sand shooting compaction device, mold frame, rotation driving device, pneumatic system,hydraulic system and electric control system.
The main machine is welded by steel profiles and steel plates. Stress relief processing ensures stable size without deformation and has enough rigidity and strength. It composed of machine base, column and crossbeam three parts.
Sand Shooting Compaction Device is gas drive, and consists of air cylinder and pressure head. The pressure head compacts on sand shooting silo through clamping cylinder, sticks together and shoot sand. Sand shooting and air exhaust installed on compaction device. Sand Shooting Silo driven by gas and reciprocates through columns to finish sand feeding and shooting. Sand shooting time can be adjusted within 0-20 seconds with quantitative sand feeding device.
Bottom of sand shooting silo is diversion section with shooting plate, contacts With mould patterns when shooting. Different sand shooting position of mould patterns equipped with shooting plates.
The turnover device enables mould frame to finish motion of 180°rotation sand pouring and return, buffer devices ensures stable rollover movement.
Mould Frame consists of columns, guide sleeve components, two ends connecting components, fixed mould plates, movable mould plates and oil cylinder, installed on machine frame, one end connecting with rotation device, the other end supported by the supporting wheel. Fixed mould pattern installed on fixed moulding plate and movable mould pattern installed on movable moulding plate. Molds closing and opening motion finished by clamping cylinder.
AT95 series full automatic shell core shooter has three models: full automatic, one-cycle automatic and manual operation and can easily switch. High productivity, low labor low labor strength, stable operation, low energy consumption, low noise, etc.
Sand hopper is a kind of metal barrel installed on the top of machine, used for core sand storage and feed sand to shooting silo, which has a set of gate plate on the bottom.
Pneumatic System consists of air source components, pipeline, solenoid, air cylinder, single way throttle control valve.
Hydraulic System consists of hydraulic station, pipeline, solenoid, oil cylinder and throttle control valve.
Electric Control System is divided into motion control and temperature control.
Motion control controls motion of air/oil cylinder through PLC. Temperature control consists of air switch, digital display temperature controller and thermometer tube for temperature control of movable mould and fixed mould.
The stroke control of the gas/cylinder is controlled as the non-contact travel switch (the cylinder with magnetic switch).
