Wire Mesh Belt shot blast systems are designed to provide a high throughput for a variety of product sizes and shapes. This proven continuous in-line shot blast cleaning system is available in standard and custom Designs. This system is ideal for deburring, general cleaning, descaling and deflashing and is equipped with 2- 16 shot blast wheels, depending on your cleaning and production requirements. Wire Mesh Belt blasting equipment is installed to reduce operating costs since the blast cleaning process can be easily integrated into a production line, for fully automatic product flow.
Wire Mesh Belt Machines provide high volume, cost effective performance for all metal processing requirements. They will handle large die castings, automotive wheels, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, weldments, fabrications and more. Wire mesh belt systems are also designed to handle the high temperatures of parts that have been heat treated.

The work-pieces are placed on the wire mesh conveyor with high wear resistance, shot blasted both above and below in single pass through the blast chamber.
Progress speed of the metal wire mesh conveyor and the blast wheel rotation can be changed through the Inverter. The number of blast wheels and the installed powers can vary depending on the models.
Qingdao Antai produces several models, from the smaller with a passage width of 500 mm, up to 1.500 mm of useful width.
Loading and unloading of the work pieces can be done manually or through automatic transport systems positioned before or after, or through robots, from the metal wire mesh conveyor.
The machine is automated and highly productive.

Work pieces are placed on the wear high resistance metal wire mesh conveyor and shot blasted in a single passage, through the blasting room.
Speed adjustment of conveyor and blast wheels is controlled through an Inverter.
The number and the position of the blast wheels can change depending on the geometry and on the work pieces (in some cases it is requested only the blasting of the upper side, in some other cases also of the lateral side).
Loading and unloading of the work pieces on the conveyor can be done manually or through automatic clamps.
With proper regulated control and type of shot used in the shot blast machine, it is possible to produce different surface finishes to produce "antique" effect on marble stones and "bush-hamering" effect on cement products.
