Foundry cold box core shooting machine
ATHL series horizontal parting cold box sand core shooting machine is the sand core moulding machine that evenly shoots sand into core box by sudden expansion of compressed air(the required sand fully mixed in proportion by sand mixer and needed resin sand before shooting), and then blows triethylamine gas into core box and makes moulding sand cured and formed by gas blowing device.Through this processing,the sand core is no need to heat with high curing speed, the castings with bright and clean surface and high precision. This processing represents the mainstream of today's sand core making technology, has been widely used in foundry workshop of automobile, spare parts, engine, all kinds of valves, electrical accessories these industries.
Cold core box is a kind of high efficiency core-making technology. Compared with hot core box and shell core, cold core box has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and good working conditions. It has been widely used in casting production.
The core quality and speed of the cold core box method are closely related to the ambient temperature, humidity, air temperature, air pressure and air blowing time. To ensure the quality of the sand core, the following measures should be taken: when the temperature of raw sand is on the high side, the storage time of sand mixture should be shortened appropriately;When the temperature of the original sand is low, the sand temperature regulator should be opened to increase the sand temperature appropriately to ensure the hardening speed of the sand core.For large sand cores, the blowing pressure and blowing time can be appropriately increased to ensure the hard permeability.Different requirements of blowing air temperature for hard gas are different, the SO2 room temperature is a gas without heating, and the room temperature of triethylamine and methyl formate is a liquid, which is easy to condensate in the pipeline in winter, the blowing pipe shall take appropriate heating and insulation measures to ensure the content of triethylamine (methyl formate) in the hard gas is relatively stable.Triethylamine method and modified silicate sand blowing carbon dioxide/compressed gas combined blowing method are very sensitive to air humidity, and compressed air needs to be dehumidified.
Performance and Characteristics:

2. PLC program control, LCD screen parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, manual/automatic/point operation, automatic digital display temperature control.
3. Adopt vibration pressurization sand shooting technology, high rigidity andprecision, finish good, no waste, less rest sand in sand shooting head.
4. Precise guiding device for sand cylinder, amine plate and vertical motion. after shooting sand, automatically blown, cured and cleaned. Remove mould automatically to take out sand core.
5. Equipped with high performance SL series triethylamine generator, highproduction efficiency, little amine, no pollution, no need for secondary blowing.
6. 2-6 opening mould model with vertical parting, AT94LS double openingmould, double working station(installing two moulds to make sand cores at the same time), convenient sand core making and mould lifting, improve productivity.
7. High frequency quenching hard chromium guide rail with high precision and long service life, the mold can be multi-directional, sealing automatic door to improve the operating environment.
8.All movement and core shooting is air operated or driven by pneumatic orhydraulic together.
