Working pieces are loaded to a rotating table on tip truck with lifting device (crane, lift truck).
By means of handy lifts the work pieces are loaded on the perforated rotating working table of the trolley, which then drives to the shotblasting chamber. It is recommended that the table surface is covered with the work pieces as much as possible. It normally works with the automatic switching-on, the shotblasting time is set by means of a programme. During shot blasting the work pieces move on the rotating table through the jets of abrasive of throwing wheels, which are installed under different angles, enabling higher efficiency. Then the work pieces must be turned and repeat the shot-blasting process.
Housing of bogie blast machine is made from steel sheets and profiles in three welded segments, which all together form chamber.
The inside of the shotblasting chamber is additionally protected with wear-resistant shield from manganese steel. High efficiency of the bogie shot blasting machine is enabled by the system for continued returning and cleaning of shot blasting agent, along with efficient shot blasting turbines made from wear resistant materials. Standard equipment includes: PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of turbine, working hours counter, variable frequency drive of the cylinder drive, etc.
The bogie shot blasting machines are made in different sizes to be able to treat various items of different shapes and types. This kind of shot blasting machines can be equipped with fixtures and accessories to adapt the items to be treated.
The items to be prepared are placed on a table that rotates. When rotating the whole surface of the item will be exposed in the shot flow. The shot blasting machine is available in many versions according to the installed powers of the wheels and the table diameter. Some machines are equipped with built-in automatic dust collector.
The series is shot and air blast equipment of trolley to-and-for type with double cleaning function. Shot blast makes bundle high-speed shots throw to surface of the workpiece on the roll trolley so as to eliminate sticky gravel and scale and other impurities on it, obtaining bright surface with certain rough degree. Air blast is mainly used for single air blast disposal to complex inner piece and super special piece after shot blast.
