1. Brief Introduction:
The auto leaf spring stress shot peening machine is generally used for the surface strengthening of the "long taper variable section leaf spring" and the main piece of the common constant section leaf spring. The working process is that the staff press-fit the layers of leafs into the "stress fixture" on the "loading hydraulic press", and transfer the layers of leafs from the "horizontal conveying device" to the "conveying roller" together with the layers of leafs, and change to vertical operation, into the shot peening machine for surface strengthening.
After shot peening, it is sent out from the other end, and is transferred to the "loading hydraulic press" at the discharge end by the "conveying roller" and "transverse conveying device", and the leaf is unloaded from the "stress fixture" by the staff. The empty "stress gripper" is sent back to the original station by the "stress gripper conveying roller", ready for the next cycle.
