3PE anticorrosive equipment is a specialized equipment mainly used for three-layer PE anticorrosive treatment of produced pipes. The working procedure of this equipment is mainly to apply three layers of anticorrosive material to the outer layer of the pipeline. The first layer is epoxy powder with a coating thickness greater than one hundred microns. The second layer of coating is an adhesive. The thickness of this layer ranges It is 170 to 250 micrometers, and the coating of the third layer is polyethylene, and its thickness is 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm. By using these three types of materials, a very reliable anti-corrosion layer can be formed on the outside of the pipeline being drawn, and the service life of the pipeline can be extended. This equipment performs advanced processing for this anti-corrosion process and has high work efficiency.
